 The pineapple core is one of the best tools to use when you're doing a cocktail, making a cake, or marinating meat. It's also great for people who want to make their own homemade jam. We've compiled a list of all the amazing things that you can do with it!

1. Pineapple drink: add lime juice and sugar to 1/2 cup water, then pour in crushed pineapple cores and shake vigorously until sugar dissolves.

2. Marinating meat: Put pineapple cores in a freezer bag and add 2 ounces of vodka. Add raw meat, seal bag, and put in freezer for two hours. Grill as you would normal meat.

3. Skincare: Put pineapple cores in a blender with water and blend, strain liquid into bowl and add 1 tablespoon of honey. Apply to face several times a day for smooth skin!

4 . Jam: The pineapple cores make a very sweet jam, but you can also let them sit in the juice for a couple of weeks to create your own homemade jam!

5. Cocktail: Add 1 teaspoon of rum and 1 pineapple core to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into glass.

6. Collect the seeds: Take a pineapple core and rub it all over your person, wherever you have acne or problems with acne. After a day or two you'll notice the citrus scent and your skin will go clear!

7. Pineapple seeds: The pineapple core is full of pineapple seeds! If you ever want to make your own coffee concentrate, just place the leftover seeds in a coffee grinder and turn it on for a little while until they are almost powdery.

8. Wine stopper: Take the remaining fruit, including the stem, and put it in a bag. Tightly seal the bag and place in a wine bottle.

9. Soap: This is one of our favorite uses for pineapple cores! Take your favorite herbs and grated soap, cut some of the leafy parts off of the stems, then snip them into slivers, which you can add to your soap mixture. Add 1/4 cup of chopped mint leaves with your grated soap for a fresh scent!

10 . Potpourri: Place your chopped up pineapple stems and leaves in a glass bowl. Add some vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg for an amazing smelling potpourri!

11 . Citrus scent: Rub the outside of your citrus onto your hands to make them smell good.

12 . Candles: Take the leftover shreds from cutting up your leaves to put in homemade candles. Not only does it make the candle smell great, but you have leftovers that you can use to make potpourri!

13 . Lemonade: Cut a pineapple core in half, scoop out the flesh, then cut the top off. Add sugar and water to the pineapple core and place it on a plate. Make small holes with a toothpick and add lemon slices for a fun alternative to plain lemonade!

14 . Tea: Place 1/2 cup of fresh pineapple chunks into a tea bag and put it in your cup. Add 8 ounces of boiling water; let steep for 10 minutes, then enjoy!

15 . Juice: If you want to make your own pineapple juice, just cut off the top of a pineapple and place it in the blender with a cut up lemon, lime and sugar. Blend until sugar dissolves. Pour into glass and add ice if necessary.

16 . Cheese ball: Take leftover cheese or leftover cheese from other meals and use it to make a cheese ball that your friends can't stop raving about! It's sure to be the highlight of their next party!

17 . Use as garnish: For garnishes, take some leftover pineapple around your house and use it as garnish by cutting it into slices, then bruise them with a knife over some spices like ginger or chili powder.

18 . Ice cubes: Put a slice of pineapple inside a glass and put it in the freezer. When you want to ice your drink, take out the pineapple cube and add the cubes to the drink!

19 . Spice rack: Soak a piece of wood with a pineapple core wrapped in wax paper in water. Add clove, cinnamon and cayenne pepper. Hang from your kitchen cabinet for an amazing smell!

20. Spice rack: Add the greens inside a small decorative dish with some cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and lemon slices. Place in your closet for an amazing smelling place!

21 . Citrus: Take your green and yellow peels and rub them all over your skin to make it glow!

22 . Fertilizer: Don't throw away your leftover pineapple cores! Add them to your garden or pot plants with shredded cheese and corn meal. The combination will help the plants grow larger!
