This is going to be an article on the diet lemons and diet master cleanser. I feel like this article has been necessary for a long time, but no one has really tackled it. So you're in luck because now you're reading it! Just kidding. It's just me here...sadly haha.
*Disclaimer: I'm not an official lemons distributor, nor have I ever been one. I'm just a person who used the diet lemons and diet master cleanser and gained a lot of weight because of it.
2 years ago, when I was living in Florida, my ex-girlfriend and I were attending different colleges at the time. I still remember how I used to be so envious of her because she was always so thin. She told me that she had found an easy and effective way to become skinny. She told me that all she did was drink the lemonade diet both in the morning and before going to sleep (I believe it was 8 ounces per serving) and take diet master cleanser pills (3 pills per day).
Although I was skeptical, I decided to give the diet lemons and diet cleanser a try. At first, the diet lemons were great. I lost a lot of weight (~6-7 pounds) in only 2 weeks (I did take more diet lemons at night before going to sleep). Then I switched to taking the diet master cleanser pills for about a month straight. I was definitely disappointed by what happened next (despite my diet being great).
I noticed that when I gave up the diet lemons for about a month and then resumed taking them again, I gained weight almost immediately. It wasn't just a few pounds either, but I gained like 20-25 pounds in only 2 months! I also became very uncomfortable with my body. I felt bloated, horrible skin from being overweight, and was scared away from going to the beach because it didn't look good at all!
I had no idea what was happening to me and why it happened. I knew it wasn't the diet lemons, because I had reduced the amount of diet lemons that I drank by about one 3rd. I thought maybe my body was adjusting to being overweight so I decided to stop taking the diet master cleanser pills.
Unfortunately, this only made things worse. Within a month of stopping the pills, I gained another 5+ pounds and I began feeling even more uncomfortable with my body. I also noticed that I was gaining weight in parts of my body that I didn't even know existed.
All this being said, I was gaining weight like crazy despite the fact that I never binged or overeaten. I just ate like normal but the weight would still pile on.
Eventually, after a few months of trying to figure out what was going on with me and getting no answers, I decided to go see a doctor. I had lost so much weight that my pants were no longer fitting and it was starting to be a problem.
Everything they did at the doctor's office didn't give me any answers either. I thought maybe it was a thyroid problem or something but the doctors didn't even test me. They just told me to continue exercising, eat healthy, and drink plenty of water. They told me that my body might need to adjust to being overweight again so that's why I gained weight when I cut back on the diet lemons.
At that point, I was so upset and confused. I knew that it wasn't the diet lemons because I had consumed a LOT less of them and yet I still gained weight.
Around this time, my friends at school started expressing their concern for me. They thought I was just going through a growth spurt because they never saw me gain weight like that before (I was 5'9" and weighed 145-150 pounds at the time). Eventually, I grew so frustrated and upset with my body that I just stopped eating altogether. That's right, I literally starved myself because I was so convinced that it had to be something wrong with the food.
I only started eating again when my friends started offering me food again or when they found out (by accident) that I wasn't eating anymore. But even then, my body was having a hard time accepting the food and would regularly reject it by vomiting after consuming it.
I was tired, weak, and scared.
At this point, I was down to about 120-130 pounds. I had lost all the weight that I had gained for the past 2 years and I had no idea about what to do. All I wanted back then was to be thin again so that people wouldn't look at me and think that my body was disgusting, but it wasn't going to happen if it meant starving myself and not eating for days at a time.
My mom was so concerned about me that she took me to the doctor again, but they didn't do much else. They only gave me a few nausea pills and told my mom to take me to the hospital if I was still throwing up food after a week or so.
When I got home, I stopped eating again and my mom got really mad at me for doing it again. I was angry at myself for telling my mom because she had been so upset with me. I just wanted to go back to the time when I had no problems, but it was too late.
I finally started eating again after a few days or so and that's when I gained weight the most (up to 150 pounds). The weight gain felt slower this time but it still happened nevertheless.
I tried to ignore the weight gain by eating like nothing had happened, and that's when I noticed something very important. For the first time in my life, all my stomach pains went away.
I did nothing to lose weight, so why was I suddenly shedding pounds like there was no tomorrow?
The weight loss that I had experienced before going to see the doctor and starving myself felt very different than what happened after. These earlier times were slow and hard to notice and now that I had gained the weight back, it felt almost too easy to shed it so fast. I didn't understand why this was happening, but I knew something had to be done about it.
What I had learned from all my experience was that it didn't matter if I ate like a pig, because I would still end up gaining weight. The diets that worked for me were natural ones, like the diet lemons and diet master cleanser pills (I only used them for a short period of time). When my body was on these natural supplements, my weight didn't fluctuate much from day to day.
